About the Role
Help our customers succeed with Opttab by providing exceptional support and guidance. You'll be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for improvements
- Create training materials and documentation
- Monitor customer health metrics and address issues proactively
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Problem-solving mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI or content management products
- Technical background
- Multiple language fluency
